{"id":868,"date":"2012-06-03T16:36:22","date_gmt":"2012-06-03T21:36:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rosie.remarc.com\/?p=868"},"modified":"2012-06-03T17:24:26","modified_gmt":"2012-06-03T22:24:26","slug":"falling-off-the-grid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rosie.remarc.com\/?p=868","title":{"rendered":"Falling off the grid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It was a great Alumapalooza in Jackson Center, OH and wonderful to share it with Nathan, Johanna, and Gail along with all the other Airstreamers. \u00a0It was (is) frustrating that the cell\/wifi service is so bad here. \u00a0I like not being tied to the computer, but I didn&#8217;t like feeling out of communication with family and friends. \u00a0I had planned to post everyday, but it was too hard.<\/p>\n<p>I really enjoyed <a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/hymnforher.com');\"  href=\"http:\/\/hymnforher.com\">HymnForHer<\/a> on Friday night and <a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/www.unhitched.com\/');\"  href=\"http:\/\/www.unhitched.com\/\">Antsy McClean<\/a> last night with guest harmonica player, Dave Winick (of <a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/www.vintagetrailering.com\/');\"  href=\"http:\/\/www.vintagetrailering.com\/\">Vintage Trailering)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I am now parked in the Airstream factory Terra Port. \u00a0I have an appointment tomorrow to have the gas lines installed so I can have hot water and eventually a stove, frig and catalytic heater. I felt ok doing the electric and plumbing, but will feel better having the gas done professionally.
